Absolutely! We offer detailed instructions on how to use the sauna, even for beginners. For example, a recommended cycle is 10 minutes in the sauna, 1 minute in the cold plunge, 10 minutes in the outdoor area, and then rehydrate. Repeating this cycle 3 times is effective.
Yes, we set up a tarp to create an outdoor area even on rainy days,allowing you to enjoy the experience comfortably. However, we may be forced to close in case of heavy rain or flooding of the Itadori River. In case of cancellation, we will notify you via our official LINE account.
