ITADORI SAUNA (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby establishes the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in the services (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”) provided on this website.

Article 1

Changes to the Purposes of Use

Notwithstanding the provisions above, the following cases are not considered third-party provision:

  • 2.When personal information is provided due to business succession from a merger or other reason.
  • 3.When personal information is jointly used with specific persons, and the user is notified in advance or has easy access to the scope of joint use, items of personal information, purposes of use, and the name or title of the responsible person.

Disclosure of Personal Information

When the Company receives a request for disclosure of personal information from the user, the Company will disclose such information to the user without delay. However, if disclosure falls under any of the following categories, the Company may withhold disclosure in whole or in part. If a decision to withhold disclosure is made, the Company will notify the user without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen will be charged per disclosure request:

  • 2.When disclosure could significantly hinder the proper conduct of the Company’s business.
  • 3.When disclosure would violate laws or regulations.

Notwithstanding the provisions above, information such as history or characteristic data that is not personal information will, in principle, not be disclosed.

Article 7

Correction and Deletion of Personal Information

  • 1.Users may request the Company to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as “correction, etc.”) their personal information held by the Company if it is incorrect, using the procedures prescribed by the Company.
  • 2.If the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to such requests, it will make the correction, etc., without delay.
  • 3.The Company will notify the user without delay when a correction, etc., has been made or when a decision is made not to make such a correction.
Article 8

Suspension of Use of Personal Information

  • 1.If the user requests the suspension or deletion (hereinafter referred to as “suspension, etc.”) of personal information due to reasons such as use beyond the scope of the purposes or acquisition by improper means, the Company will investigate without delay.
  • 2.If, based on the investigation, it is determined that the request is justified, the Company will suspend the use, etc., without delay.
  • 3.The Company will notify the user without delay of the suspension, etc., or a decision not to suspend the use.
  • 4.Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if suspension, etc., involves excessive costs or is otherwise difficult to implement, and if alternative measures can protect the user’s rights and interests, the Company will take those alternative measures.

Suspension of Use of Personal Information

  • 1.The content of this Policy may be changed without notifying users, except as otherwise provided by laws or this Policy.
  • 2.Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect when posted on this website.
