Cancellations made 8 or more days prior to your scheduled visit will not incur any fees. Please cancel your reservation through the link provided in your booking confirmation email. For cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled visit, please contact us via our official LINE account.
Cancellation Fees
On the day of your visit: 100% of the total fee
1 day prior: 80% of the total fee
2 days prior: 50% of the total fee
3-7 days prior: 30% of the total fee
Inclement Weather
We will operate as usual, regardless of rain. However, we may be forced to cancel operations due to flooding of the Itadori River. In the event of cancellation, we will notify you via our official LINE account or the email address you provided upon reservation. We will also post updates on our Instagram. In the event of cancellation, we will promptly refund your fee.
Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation or accommodation costs incurred due to inclement weather or operational cancellations.
Schedule Changes and Delays
Please arrive within your reserved time. Guests who arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged a cancellation fee.
If you expect to be late, please notify us at least one hour in advance.
Overtime charges will apply for any use of the facilities beyond the reserved time.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our customers, we ask that you read these terms of use carefully and agree to them before using our services.
If you fail to comply with these rules, we may ask you to leave the premises. We may also refuse future bookings. Please be aware of this.
In the event of an accident or damage to the facilities, you may be held liable for any damages incurred.
Always wear a life jacket when entering the Itadori River.
Do not use the sauna if you are feeling unwell or have been drinking alcohol. If we notice any abnormalities, we may ask you to stop using the facility. In such cases, no refunds will be given.
We cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries that occur on the premises. Please be careful to avoid burns and falls.
In the event of sudden weather changes (such as sudden downpours or lightning), staff may decide to suspend operations for safety reasons. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for any interruptions or compensate for transportation or accommodation costs.
Please adhere to the maximum capacity specified at the time of booking. Exceeding the maximum capacity is prohibited. Please note that we do not offer child rates. All users, regardless of age, will be counted towards the total number of people.
When performing low-ryu (pouring water on the sauna stones), please limit yourself to one or two scoops of the dedicated ladle per session.
Be very careful of hot water splashing and causing burns.
Please be careful not to burn yourself on the stove. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur on the premises.
Items Allowed and Prohibited
Please take care of your valuables and accessories. We are not responsible for any loss or damage.
You are free to bring your own food and drinks. However, please take all your trash with you.
Littering is strictly prohibited. A fine of ¥10,000 will be charged for littering.
Pets and animals are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is permitted on the premises. However, please use a portable ashtray and be mindful of others.
Littering of cigarette butts is prohibited. A fine of ¥10,000 will be charged for littering.
If you find any damage or dirt before using the facility, please report it to a staff member immediately.
If the facility is damaged due to intentional or negligent acts by the user, or if there is a strong odor or other abnormality that makes it difficult for the next customer to use the facility, we may charge a repair fee, damages for lost business, and a penalty of ¥30,000, and we may refuse future use of the facility.
Acts that disturb other users or disrupt the peace are prohibited.
Persons with infectious diseases or those who are unable to ensure their own safety due to the influence of drugs are prohibited from using the facility.
Members of organized crime groups and those who engage in acts that violate public order are prohibited from using the facility.
If you are found to be engaging in any illegal or immoral activities, we will ask you to leave.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please take care of your belongings.
